Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The HR Specialist will be responsible for smooth & continuous execution of different internal processes within Human Resources. He/she will be primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment and employee engagement.
Recruitment & Hiring
- Completes assigned manpower requirements on time by executing end-to-end recruitment for various internal and external projects.
- Posts job vacancies, sourcing, recruiting, and pooling.
- Maintains and updates database of applicant.
- Conducts paper screening, phone screening, and initial interviews of candidates for Rank and File up to Specialist/Supervisory/Managerial positions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree Human Resources Management / Psychology / Business / Marketing OR equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 1 year related working experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong English written and oral communication skills are required.
- Detail-oriented, goal-oriented.
- Can work under minimal supervision.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City. (Currently in WFH setup)
