- Suppervise all activites related to trial project of innovation and renovation Dairy Products
- Assist in the conceptualization, formulation, and development products based on product brief that meet the consumer expectation and fit our brand & marketing positioning
- Collaborate cross-functionally and externally to bring new product concepts to market
- Work with the production team to identify process/product improvement
- Support customer/consumer research on acceptance new products
- Ensuring that products are meet internal and external requirement including food safety regulation
- Generates and support product improvement, compatibility, and cost efficiency
- Coordination with NPD, production, purchasing, PPIC, QA, and all stakeholders to ensure ontime implementation of innovation and renovation project
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Food Science / Technology or other related major
- Experience min 2 years in Product Development (R&D) in F&B Industry
- Familiar with project management including timeline, budget and specification
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
