Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design and develop concept for learning content to be transformed into an engaging e-learning experience.
- Develop internal GOJEK e-learning content from scratch collaborating with SMEs across the organization.
- Responsible for end-to-end content development process including making story-line and assisting the content production process.
- Maintain e-learning community across GOJEK and re-iterate the content based on audience’s learning experience and feedback.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Have minimum 3 years experience in learning/digital learning/content development or any related fields.
- English proficiency is a must.
- Knowledge in Instructional Design is a plus.
- Possess excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Good communicator, comfortable in meeting new people.
- Thrilled for any new challenges!
