Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform all data entry related tasks including sorting, proofing, updating, mailing, and storing.
- Maintain data files accurately.
- Review data for completeness and accuracy.
- Update data in appropriate databases in accurate and timely manner to avoid backlogging.
- Process and resolve data inquiries by searching and reviewing the databases.
- Enter and update files into Excel spreadsheets.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have completed at least two (2) years in college or must possess a vocational/short course certificate
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Has the ability to multi-task and learn quickly
- Has excellent typing skills (at least 30wpm)
- No experience required
