- Recruitment Associate are responsible for the number of applicant show-ups each day.
- Creating an amount of online ads.
- Inviting applicants.
- Conduct phone screening to evaluate past experience and education.
- Interview and evaluate applicants.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have experienced in Recruitment or Sales
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be a fast, critical, and creative thinker.
- Must be able to type at least 40 WPM.
