Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handles clearance for Asset Management, checking of accountabilities and turn-over forms;
- Handles the contracts for suppliers;
- Attend to complaints regarding defects of office equipments;
- Handles the requests, inquiries, and inventory of office supplies.
- Monitors and receives delivery of office supplies;
- Performs other related tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 1 year related work experience;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Can do multitasking;
- Performs work with minimum supervision;
- Candidate must be willing to be assign in BGC, Taguig.
