Conference Program Producer  

Future Proof PH, fast-growing events and content company, is looking for a conference program producer who will be responsible for designing our learning events across a wide range of industries.

It is a dynamic job that will call on you to continuously learn about a diversity of topics, and establish connections with key thought leaders and potential speakers.

• Developing conference programs for various industries and verticals.
• Conducting research within a target market to develop conference agenda.
• Identifying, inviting, and confirming appropriate speakers for our learning events. Establishing connections with key thought leaders in various industries for current and future events.
• Provides the marketing, sales, and sponsorship departments with the concept brief and other relevant information required to market the event - to delegates, sponsors, industry associations, and other strategic partners.
• Attending and overseeing our events, including providing the program brief for the production team
• Overseeing the event-day itinerary of speakers
• Create new business through new event concepts, to pitch to possible partners

Experience with business meetings, product launches, and experiential events

• Exceptional ability to establish relationships and maintain a positive rapport with clients, vendors, and suppliers
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Creative problem solver, resourceful, team player
• Calm and flexible approach to handling the pressure and stress of ever changing demands
• Represent the editorial vision for conferences and events in meetings with partners and potential sponsors
