Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Facilitate and monitor compliance of ongoing renewable energy projects of the company and its subsidiaries to government regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Acts as point person of the company to various government agencies to ensure compliance.
- Due diligence works on the properties that will be needed by the projects and submit reports and recommendations to the Board through the executive committee.
- Prepare/review negotiation proposals.
- Identify potential and/or existing problem areas related to government mandatory requirements and land rights and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Establish project monitoring system that will cover renewable projects under the company and its subsidiaries.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year bachelor's degree, preferably on business management or social sciences
- Preferably with Master's degree in business administration/management, law degree or earned units in LLB
- At least 2 years of work experience relevant to the job
- Driving skill is a plus
- Wiiling to work in Makati
