Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Drive new product introductions, new packaging solutions reflecting market trend, and qualification of new suppliers, materials, equipment, and major process improvements.
- Drive new product introductions at Sensors Manila following the MPL (Managing Product Life) process.
- Provide inputs on product manufacturability in terms of yield, quality, cycle time and cost.
- Provide support to Sensors CN (and internal ETC customers) in terms of request-for-quotation (RFQ) and Engineering Sample Requests.
- Drive new packaging solutions at reflecting the market trend.
- Provide inputs on package design, product specs and product reliability reflecting the Voice of the Customer (VOC).
- Drive the qualification of new suppliers, materials, equipment, and major process improvements.
- Work closely with Sensors Manila engineering teams in resolving quickly customer issues.
- Participate on engineering projects like raw material cost reduction, yield improvement and scrap reduction.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- University degree in Electronics Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years experience in high volume semiconductor assembly and test with experience on designing/developing products, toolings, jigs and fixtures.
- Expert in AutoCAD and/or any 3D mechanical design software (ProE, Solidworks).
- High competency in any of the following: optoelectronics process, materials, testing,and mechanical design.
- Strong product knowledge in IC or Optoelectronics products. Hands-on experience in semiconductor assembly or test engineering, process tooling and product transfer.
- Must have a demonstrated track record that shows creativity in solving technical manufacturing problems.
- Working knowledge of Six Sigma, process root cause analysis, design of experiment, and application of SPC to ensure process stability.
- Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor assembly processes and materials specifically Die Bonding, Wire Bonding, Encapsulation and Product Testing.
- Product applications design, device package designs, and product development in photodiodes, phototransistors, sensors assemblies, integrated circuits would be advantageous.
- Able to work in teams with diversified background.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
