Assistant Production Manager  

Manages the Production Department, Puchasing Unit and Logistics Unit.

Approves the production schedule and the delivery schedule.

Supervises the purchasing unit to ensure that materials, office supplies, chemicals, equipment and other materials needed by all departments are purchased at the right price and quantity.

Coordinates with Sales and Marketing department regarding production and delivery schedule.

Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Production Manager and/or President.

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year course from a reputable university;
• Must have at least 7-years experience in a manufacturing set up;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Must posses strong leadership and motivational skills;
• Must have the ability to focus and work under pressure;
• Must be able to multi-task efficiently;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Must have good computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
