Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information; oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
Perform clerical duties, receive memos, sort out and maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed;
Assist in preparing information and research materials;
Manage databases and input information, data, and records;
Set up, schedule, organize, and maintain conference rooms and meeting rooms; update department calendars;
Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by any representative of the COMPANY from time to time either through direct written order or by oral assignment.

Kualifikasi Minimum

College Level/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; enrolled in an accredited university/college program is an advantage but not required;
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Self-directed and able to work without supervision; and
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
