Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle full spectrum of HR management including hiring, payroll, leave management, and performance appraisal.
- Manage HR administrative needs including employee documents, and work pass applications.
- Create and maintain employee personnel files and ensure employee information in the internal system is updated.
- Proactively assess team and employee and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Support employee relations by providing guidelines and clarifications on policies and their application.
- Handle workplace disciplinary and termination procedures where required.
- Manage HR policies and build positive office culture.
- Handle people-related topics in office.
- Preparing monthly HR reports for management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 1 years experience working as HR Generalist
- Graduated from Law and Psychology faculty is preferable
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Indonesian Labour Law (Disnaker)
- Understand recruitment process
- Understand performance review process
- Understand taxation / BPJSTK/ BPJS Kesehatan
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and strong analytical skill
