Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage and develop a team of Recruiters.
- Design, develop, and maintain the recruitment process in the organization.
- Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
- Conduct job interviews for managerial level roles or key jobs in the organization.
- Monitor labor legislation and policies and implement required changes to keep the recruitment process compliant.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or any equivalent course.
- At least 5 years of recruitment and selection experience preferably gained from the FMCG/ BPO industry.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Flexible, organized, has keen attention to details, assertive, and goal- oriented.
- Willing to work in Valenzuela City.
