Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supports the Performance Excellence Manager in measuring and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of Collections, Dispatch and Inventory to help achieve operation excellence.
- Prepares and structures reports free from discrepancies and in a timely manner.
- Prepares and performs regular or ad hoc reports and presentations for Operations team.
- Provides documentation for process improvements such as data gathering, gap analysis
- Generates, updates, and enforces SOP's.
- Participates in project walkthroughs: Performance Improvement Sessions and other change management projects.
- Helps the PEX Manager in performance improvements through setting the right departmental KPI's, process improvements, driving initiatives and pushing for performance and process excellence.
- Updates individual, team and company scorecards.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- You must be a graduate of either Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering or any other similar quantitative field.
- Good communication skills (Both English & Tagalog)
- You have strong interpersonal, analytical and research skills.
- You can work independently.
- You are reliable, open-minded, and eager to learn.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in Visio is an advantage.
- You show initiative in performing research and obtaining needed data.
