Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- To improve equipment reliability and utilization factors; Reduce number of incidents; improves safety performance of the plant; Ensures quality of job implemented.
- Maintains equipment in depth knowledge through records by continuous monitoring including safety conditions of these equipments.
- Ensures and implements the planned inspection of all equipments. And initiates works order base on inspection results.
- Monitors and coordinates the condition predictors for all critical equipments under his area.
- Maintains and updates trending charts and coordinates with other functions on the conditions of these equipments.
- Participates in the reliability meeting for the development of corrective and improvement on the equipments.
- Reviews and evaluates maintenance inspection plans as recommended by suppliers and proposed changes if needed.
- Represents the plants in any specific inspection to be conducted by experts and suppliers (Technical audit), non-destructive testing by suppliers, and etc.).
- Validates equipment specification and history sheets.
- Controls and supervises balancing and alignment of dynamic equipment in the absence of supplied services or skills.
- Attends seminar and training programs upon the instruction of his superior.
- Complies with company and safety policies, rules and regulations, standard operating procedure.
- Complies with Environmental and Quality System Programs specific task as defined in the program applicable to the Area
- Performs other related duties as maybe assigned to him from time to time by his superior in the attainment of Departmental objectives.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Have experience in cement plant operations or equivalent is highly recommended
- In depth knowledge in cement plant equipments operations and functions.
- Knowledgeable on the basic detection techniques and measurement methods, on the basics of lubrication and intermediate analysis, and knowledgeable in safety rules and regulations.
