2. Maintenance and Cost Control
- Timely completion of major mechanical works
3. Tools Inventory
4. Adherence to Customer Call
- Customer Focus
5. Maintenance Reporting
- Creating Reports and Documents
6. Leading the Team and Monitoring
- Coaching and Mentorship
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or quivalent.
- At least 5-8 years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledgeable in operations and maintenance of different kinds of manufacturing machineries and equipment.
- Required skills: planning / scheduling, mechanical maintenance, SAP PM Module, MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD
- Preferably with experience in cement, mining, or equivalent
- With good work ethics and positive attitude towards work and colleagues
- Willing to work in Bulacan
