Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervise the maintenance and operation of equipments
- Responsible for inspecting, testing, adjusting of equipments, and identify problems or required maintenance
- Conduct preventive maintenance work and oversee the fabrication of equipments
- Manage and enhance the performance of the team by training the staffs
- Scheduling manpower and activities
- Prioritize safety of employees within the work area by complying with health and safety standards and regulations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree in Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent course, field, or discipline.
- With at least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- With exposure in Cement Manufacturing, Power Plant, or other related Industries
- Knowledgeable in operation and maintenance of different kinds of manufacturing machineries and equipments.
- Good work ethics and positive attitude towards work and colleagues.
- Willing to work in Bulacan.
