Labor Relations Officer  

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Partner with Human Resources Operations and other departments in solving employee/ labor relations challenges.
• Ensure end-to-end processing of employee cases, notices, and memorandums.
• Communicate regularly with HR department, maintaining knowledge of challenges, areas of improvement, and any concerns.
• Make recommendations to implement improved processes
• Provide ongoing training for new processes and policies for all employees, fielding any questions or concerns.
• Knowledge, understanding, compliance, and enforcement of all applicable Federal and Local laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Human Resources, or any related.
• At least 5 years of related experience specializing in Employee Labor Relations and Employee Engagement
• With experience in Manufacturing Industry
• With strong exposure in creating and processing of employee cases, memorandums, notices, and internal labor processes
• With proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal, sound, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and can work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
