Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform timekeeping
- Monitor of employees' work behavior and attendance (tardiness, absenteeism, leaves, etc.)
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Maintenance of 201 files
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's or College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent
- At least 1-year working experience in Human Resources
- With experience in timekeeping and preferably in payroll
- Knowledgeable in compensation and benefits administration
- Knowledgeable in employee relations and labor-related laws
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, and Excel)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm
- Willing to render overtime if necessary
- Ready to start immediately
