Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage digital content such as blogs, lading pages, and support page.
- Write engaging and informative articles on recent digital marketing news.
- Generate original titles and story summaries for articulation on social media.
- Locate engaging images and videos to accompany articles.
- Conduct research to provide a comprehensive overview of topics covered.
- Cite all sources/quotes/images using commonly accepted standards.
- Create content that allows the site visitors to get the information they want quickly and efficiently.
- Efficient and focused web content gives readers access to information in a user-friendly manner.
- Contribute to the team’s general knowledge of best practices for customer service and customer relations.
- Make recommendations according to the customer’s needs to the product or services.
- Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to customer experience.
- Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR and Admin functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the General Manager.
- Perform payroll, timekeeping, benefit-related reconciliations, and other duties as assigned
- Handle essential recruitment tasks, including job openings, reviewing resumes, calling candidates, and scheduling interviewers.
- File papers and documents into appropriate employee and client files.
- Communicate with General Manager and Employees.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Openness to working with a team for a common goal and learning new things.
- Willing to work in a digital startup company and assigned in General Trias, Cavite.
- Has own laptop (willing to use).
