Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment and Staffing
- Coordinating with the company’s head hunters to suffice manpower needs
- Outsourcing of applicants through job posting on schools (inquiring, submission of requirements, coordinating, meeting)
- Initial screening of applicants (i.e. interview, test administration)
- Preparation of contract, KPI and Job profile for new employees
- Creation of job description (Account Manager, Laboratory Technician, Technical Service Engineer, Security Officer, Accounting Officer)
Compensation and Benefits
- Consolidating of employees’ Daily Time Record every cut-off period
- Preparation of requirements for the enrollment of new employees to mandatory benefits
Training and Development
- Outsourcing of training/workshop program for team building purposes
- Preparation of necessary documents for training and seminars for the advancement of the employees
Employee Relations
- Conducting of orientation concerning the company policies to new employees
- Implementation of policies and procedures
- Implementation of projects for employee engagement (recognition program)
- Provides assistance in planning for company’s recreational events (Team building, Christmas Party, Anniversary celebration)
- Conducting exit interview for resigning employees
