Deskripsi Pekerjaan
HR Specialist will be in charge of administrative tasks pertaining to employee concerns. HR Specialist will work hand in hand with Management Team and Agency that handles Staff on the branches.
- Training and Development
- Recruitment and Employee Relations
- Proper Endorsements of disciplinary action
- Assist in interviewing applicants for different positions
- Preparation and monitoring of employment contracts
- Facilitates orientation to newly hired employees
- Prepare Notice of to Explain, Memorandums,Reprimands,Suspension,Termination
- Conduct with legal if necessary for execution of decisions
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
