Deskripsi Pekerjaan
POSITION: TUTOR EVALUATOR
Work Scope:
- Assess teaching skills of tutor applicants via Skype.
- Orient new tutors on how to conduct tutorial lessons.
- Train active tutors on how to improve and become more effective in teaching.
- Check the tutor applicant's sound quality and Internet connection through a test call.
- Accomplish operations-related tasks.
- Shifts will be assigned based on demand for training slots. Possible work on Saturdays
WORK DAYS: Any 5 days from Monday to Saturday
WORK SCHEDULE: 10AM to 7PM / 11AM to 8PM / 1PM to 10PM
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications
- Candidate must be a college graduate
- Proficient in both oral and written English
- Must be highly objective, logical, and have high attention to details
- Can meet deadlines and can follow protocols and guidelines
- Should be target-oriented, hardworking, and able to multi-task
- Must be willing to work in Quezon City
