Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Manage end to end recruitment of Specialist Instructors
Prepare Human Resources-related CHED and DepEd documents
Monitor compliance of teaching and non-teaching pre-employment requirements
- Implement Institutional Evaluations
- College and SHS Faculty Evaluations
- Subject Group Head Evaluations
- Student Satisfaction Survey
- Parent Satisfactions Survey
Prepare Faculty Evaluation reports and individual forms
Process notarization of HR’s legal documents
Prepare document requests from employees such as COEs, recommendation letters, etc.
Prepare employee company IDs
Maintain the 201 files (physical and HR system) of the employees
Organize employee events such as the annual company outing, Christmas party, monthly get together, etc.
Prepare and track budget items related to the position’s job description and responsibilities
Assist the HR team and its members in shared tasks and as directed by the HR Manager/ Director

Kualifikasi Minimum

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management and other similar courses
At least 3 years experience of relevant experience in Human Resources
General Background and/or experience in Performance Management, Events Management, Coaching and HR Systems
General knowledge and enthusiasm with Traditional and Digital Arts, Multimedia, Information Technology and Game Development is a distinct advantage
Strong relationship-building and business communication skills
Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
Ability to work around new tools and processes is an advantage
Proactive worker who can work with minimum to no supervision
