Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Implement and manage the HR Management of the company;
- Lead the organization's overall HR operation and development;
- Lead and manage the Recruitment of the company;
- Manages the preparations and maintenance of reports as necessary to carry to carry out the functions of the department;
- Implement and manage HR Policies as needed;
- Collaborate and advice management/leaders on the strategies and resolutions on the employee relations/organization;
- Manage a team with 3-4 staffs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent course;
- Atleast 5 years work experience in Human Resources;
- Strong experience in all facets of HR e.g.Training, ER/LR, C&B, Learning & Organizational Development, Performance Management, Recruitment & Administrative functions;
- With experience in handling large numbers of employees;
- Can adapt to a fast-paced work environment;
- Tech savvy person and fun to work with;
- Proficient in MS Office Suite;
- With strong leadership and management skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
