Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- To supervise and monitor the Product/Technical trainers and mentors to be able to produce knowledgeable and well trained product consultants and field sales supervisors;
- To be able to identify the training requirements of field sales supervisors and product consultants deployed to various dealer branches;
- To be able to create training modules and manuals to be used to train the field sales supervisors, product conultants and dealer sales personnel, including their sales agents;
- To be able to prepare a full year schedule of training based on the requirements of product management and other deparftments;
- To be able to produce well-trained participants, from candidates to depliy field sales supervisors,product consultants and dealer personnel in the most resourcefule cost efficient way;
- To supervise, monitor and motivate product/technical trainers to facilitate productive training sessions to all sell out personnel and encourage mentors to provide the best possible coaching experience of newly deployed product consultants.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 3 years supervisory skills;
- With full experience as a Trainer;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
