Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Survey of land boundaries
- Input all data related land development in AutoCAD, consist of:
- land acquisition
- Ongoing land permit process
- Establish relationships with officials related to land and permit
- Assisting in the ongoing land permitting process
- Handling all about land and building tax bills (PBB)
- Preparing administrative documents related IMB and separation of IMB
- Archive existing or ongoing document about legal issue in order to support presentation
- Filling all about land and Permit document
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil), Geodesy, Urban Studies/Town Planning, Law or equivalent
- Max 35 years old
- At least 2 Years of working experience in same position
- Required Skills: AutoCAD, AutoCAD land desktop, volume calculation, auto level
- Excellent in operating Total Station
- Familiar with PBB, IMB, SHGB.
