Training Officer | eLearning Specialist  

Key Accountability Areas

• Facilitate in live or recorded training sessions
• Partner with other members of Training and Organization Development Department to develop eLearning versions of classroom and written training materials
• Manage the end-to-end process of the Caspo Learning Hub from conceptualization, creation, testing, implementation and roll-out, evaluation of courses, monitoring and assessment of learners’ progress.
• Work in close coordination with the IT Software Development Team for the integration of developed modules in Company Platform

Years of Experience

• Recent graduates are welcome to apply
• At least 4 years of experience in the conduct of Training and Workshop
• At least 2 years experience in training materials design or web design
• Experience in working on LMS platforms is a plus
• Experience in working on Sharepoint is a plus.

Knowledge & Skills

• Platform skills for face to face training and workshop
• Knowledge on adult learning and education
• Foundational understanding of instructional design theory and techniques
• Ability to work with e-learning and blended learning programs, computer-based training development, and asynchronous learning content
• Knowledge on Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) and any other editing software for images, videos, etc.

Education

• Graduate of at least a 4-year University Degree Course

Qualities

• Position requires working onsite (Makati Office)
• Willing to work late from time to time as some attendees are from different time zones.
