Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Act as a support to the Human Resource Supervisor/Manager in day to day activity of the department
- Implement and monitoring of policies and regulations
- Handles Employee relations and timekeeping
- Coordination with different manpower agency
- Coordinates with employees assigned in different store branches
- Commnicate with candidates and schedule interviews
- Perform initial phone screening of potential candidates as necesary
- Assist in processing necessary documentaion and prepare reports related to personnel activities such as staffing and recruitment
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With good interpersonal skills, Flexible, Dynamic and Highly organized
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources Department or Equivalent
- At least 2 Years of working experience in related field is required for this position
- Required Skills: Microsoft Office, HRIS, Employee Relations, Employee Discipline and Timekeeping
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills

The store also ventured into developing photos but stopped in 2003 to pave way for the digital camera product lines. We are carrying the digital brand of Canon, Sony, FujiFilm, Nikon and more.
