Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Human Resources (HR) Officer is mainly responsible in ensuring that employees are taken care of through correct compensation and benefits, relevant training programs, employee engagement programs, performance monitoring, and compliance to policies of the company. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a graduate of any 4-year course.
- At least 3 to 5 years experience as HR practitioner.
- Has the experience in handling employees assigned in different locations and culture.
- With expertise on Philippine Labor law and Code of Conduct.
- Experience on Recruitment is a plus.
- Passionate and a team player.
