Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for the drafting of company policies, memorandums, procedures, announcements, and assisting in its implementation
- Responsible for the implementation of due process for all disciplinary action cases and ensuring that the organization is compliant with labor laws
- Handle employee disputes and grievances and mediate between disputing parties
- Draft and issue HR memorandum but not limited to Notice to Explain, Notice to Administrative Hearing, Corrective Action Plan, Case Summary, and Notice of Decision
- Facilitate exit interviews
- Assist the HR Manager in drawing up insights and recommendations on current organizational processes and address the root cause of infractions
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year course preferably related to Psychology, HR Management, Legal or any business-related course
- Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience in handling Employee Relations and Discipline
- Interested & enjoys corporate technical writing
- Must have above-average communication skills.
- Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City.
