Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Act as the trusted legal counsel to the senior management team, always keep updated on any legal regulation and fully understand the implications
Ensure Company’s compliance to the law and regulation and ascertain documents entered and signed by company’s have mitigation in the legal and financial risks.
Conduct extensive due diligence reviews on the legal, operational, services and academic of company
Managing external notarial and external legal service providers.
Managing and overseeing regulatory compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Previous working experience includes working 4-5 years in reputable legal firm or 4-6 years in corporate
Excellent communication, negotiation and diplomatic skills
Demonstrates knowledge and experience with laws dealing with commercial/contract administration and labour laws
An active member of the legal community and have a certificate PERADI
Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities
