Co-leads training plan and programs for the sales and operations team together with the Training Manager which includes:
- Designing and developing training program and materials for the Beauty Advisors of the brand
- Delivering virtual and onsite training sessions (i.e., Onboarding, Refresher and Upskilling)
- Conducting regular store visits to evaluate knowledge and performance of all Beauty Advisors
- Recommend improvements for the Beauty Advisor Program in coordination with partner agencies
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communication Arts, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in training design, delivery, and evaluation methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- With passion for the beauty and makeup industry
