- Responsible for conducting productivity improvement studies and research for the mill.
- Agrees to undergo the two-year management training program.
- Product/Service Quality and Operational Efficiency
- Attends scheduled seminars/orientations and trainings for his personal development.
- Conducts productivity improvement studies, learning and research to improve mill efficiencies in coordination with concerned departments.
- Recommends action that will increase mill productivity and efficiencies and monitor approved projects.
- Prepares required reports on time.
- Assists Team Leaders of the department where he is assigned on any planned departmental activities.
- Willing to undergo a two-year management training program practicing company work ethics and discipline and embraces the company culture and work values.
- Performs other functions/or special projects that may be assigned during his term.
- Management Systems Compliance
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Graduate of any Engineering course
- Preferrably a board passer or licensed
