Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Implements the company's resource development engagement program by planning, coordinating, and performing recruitment and selection strategies.
- Executes induction process for selected candidates for hiring.
- Provides support in recruitment, people management, training, and compensation & benefits section as needed.
- Assists in the formulation and delivery of human resource strategies, programs, policies, and procedure.
- Monitors and facilitates employee movements and records.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any Behavioral Science-related course
- Experience in handling recruitment is an advantage
- Good oral & written communication skills
- Willing to be deployed either in Makati or Alabang
