Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Will be mainly responsible in making sure that there are enough canidates in the pipeline for the open positions.
- Will assist in the screening and selection of candidates
- UPdates and submit timely reports about daily status updates
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a graduate of any Bachelpr's degree
- Must have experience in paper based screening and capable of matching candidate skills based on position requirement.
- Must have had experience in doing cold calls to reach out to passive applicants
- Must have experience in using online job portals
- Experience in IT recruitment is an advantage
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
