Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for recruiting a top notch retail operations team.
- Responsible for training and motivating this team in order to achieve maximum productivity.
- Assist the HR Manager in making sure all HR Programs, Policies and Procedures are enforced.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of HR or any related course
- With at least 3 years strong background in Training preferably in the retail industry
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Should be assertive, proactive and self motivated
- Passionate in developing the full potential of employees
