Product Manager  

As part of the founding Product team, we are looking for an exceptional Product Manager to be responsible for building and managing a product roadmap for an area of the TORQ product.

What you will do:

• Entrepreneurial, curious and highly proactive behaviors are essential
• Act as the voice of the customer in the definition of innovative digital solutions
• Able to run lean experiments in market to burn down risks before building
• Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept test and deliver innovative solutions
• Establish Key Performance Indicators to demonstrate product market fit and track product usage and growth

• 6+ years of work experience in relevant field
• Extensive and proven experience with product management, agile development, product launches, scaling, and change management
• Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies and industries
• A demonstrated and focused desire to build products and services that customers will love
• Working knowledge of agile development methodologies
• Experience launching multiple digital products
• An ability to think strategically and creatively to define a product vision and articulate an MVP that progresses toward the product vision
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding and service-oriented environment
• The capacity for self-motivation, independent initiative and creative problem-solving
• A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition
• The ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence executive-level stakeholders through persuasive written and verbal communication
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must
