Human Resources (HR) Business Partner  

The Human Resources Generalist contributes to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, service, client-centric, quality productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

This position includes responsibilities in the following areas:

• talent acquisition
• employee relations
• training
• performance management
• performance counseling
• onboarding
• policy implementation/interpretation
• compliance

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources or any related course;
• Experience of 3 years to 5 years in General HR;
• Experience in BPO/Shared Service Industry;
• Good to have a start-up experience but not required;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Adaptable, flexible, resilient to changes;
• Must be willing to work at night;
• Must be willing to work in Capitol Commons, Pasig;
