Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Preparing, Processing, and executing Merger & Acquisition and IPO
- Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance, etc.)
- Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies
- Draft, negotiate and review a wide variety of agreements
- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
- Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority, etc.), creating relations of trust
- Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization
- Handle court cases (if needed) from Preparations of case drafts, coordinate with external parties and attend meetings
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experienced in doing mergers and acquisitions and IPO for at least 4 years
- Has a Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university in Indonesia
- Strong law firm and in-house background would be an advantage
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Handled legal matters for multinational company/financial technology company
