- Prepares protocol and handles performance and evaluation testing.
- Prepares technical report, analyzes data, and trends.
- Facilitates meeting relating to process issues and works with Team for the improvement.
- Reviews and revises work-in process documents and other procedures as my necessary.
- Monitors and registers new equipment and ensures that each equipment is calibrated.
- Leads group of inspectors in investigating cause of defects and initiates process improvement.
- Trains subordinates relating to process and quality improvement.
- Performs inspection procedure and review lot history file.
- Performs other jobs that maybe assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 1-2 years of equivalent experience in a manufacturing set-up preferably in an ISO 13485 certified company.
- With product inspection experience.
- Knowledgeable on the following:
- 7 QC Tools and concepts.
- FMEA
- Six Sigma
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
