- Act as Process expert in Plastic Mold process and End-of-line Tooling requirements.
- Perform process, material, and tooling design optimization for new packages.
- Support OMP/OMC development activities and future projects as mold and tooling expert.
- Manage characterization activities, qualification, and work package releases related to expertise.
- Function as Project Leader for assigned projects and work packages.
- Publish reports and provide regular update to Program Manager.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- BS degree in ECE, EE, Chemical, Metallurgical, or Materials Engineering.
- Post graduate degrees (MS or PhD) are preferred.
- Process expert in Plastic Mold and End-of-line Toolings of IC assembly and Packaging.
- Strong assembly and packaging background with at least 5-year experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
- With experience in RF package design and understands package-product interaction.
- Knowledgeable in qualification of new package, material change, and new tooling designs.
- Preferably with project management experience in package development, PMP certified is an advantage.
- With experience in DMAIC and PDCA processes, certified GB or BB is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, quality mind, project ownership, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
