Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Duties includes but not limited to the following:
- Plans and prepares production schedules, establish sequence and lead times of each production sections to meet delivery dates according to sales forecase and customer's orders.
- Analyze production specifications and plant capacity and performs mathematical to determine the processes, tools and resources requirements.
- Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to established processes and lead times
- Confers with managers, supervisors and team leaders to determine the status of projects
- Expedite operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
- Prepares production reports
- Prepares list of required materials, tools, equipment and other resources needed
- May prepare purchase order to obtain materials, tools and equipment
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering or its equivalent course
- 3yrs+ of work experience in production planning and scheduling in a manufacturing company
- Work experience in similar business of AllCard is an advantage
- Excellent organizational, planning and administrative abilities
- Assertive and ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to work accurately and within strict deadlines
- Very good communication skills
- Analytical and very good problem-solving skills
