Program Academic Coordinator, Education  

​​​​​​ALEANZA INSTITUTE OF ARTS is looking for a Program Coordinator to:

• Plan and coordinate programs and activities for the school
• Ensure all classes are treated as events to give students full experience
• Manage communications through social media posts
• Help build positive relationships between internal and external customers
• Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
• Ensure all materials used per class is in proper working condition
• Assist in preparing classrooms for specific scheduled classes
• Prepare paperwork and order material
• Keep updated records and create reports or proposals
• Assist on research for competition and assist on executing Marketing and Sales Plans
• Arrange student enrolment
• Manage class records
• Contacting Mentors and Scheduling for classes

Program Coordinator must have the following:

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge of program management
• Microsoft Office Program and computer proficient
• Ability to work with diverse team
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and efficient
• BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
