Digital Marketing Trainer (Hybrid Work Setup)  

Your Role:

You'll ensure employees can excel in their roles by organizing, delivering, creating, and assessing technical and product training tailored to their area of expertise. This involves analyzing, assisting, and overseeing learning at all levels to meet business goals.

What you will do:

Work with Team Leads and Managers to identify gaps in performance and development. Implement suitable measures to address these gaps and achieve learning and performance targets.

Develop and maintain training policies, manuals, and educational materials for the department. Ensure all learning resources are current and applicable.

Provide guidance and support to new employees on performance expectations and behavioral skills needed for their roles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree of any course
• 1-2 years of experience in Pay-Per-Click or Paid Search campaigns across social, display, and search platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other website analytics tools.
• Proficiency in optimizing content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google AdWords (Search, Display), and YouTube.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on presentation abilities.
