- Assist in organizing, monitoring, and filling corporate contracts, case files, and other corporate records. receives, records, and files corporate documents in paper or electronically; monitors deadlines and/or expiry dates; and updates status of corporate contracts, cases, or other legal related documentations.
- Assist in preparation of standard contracts and other documentations. Conducts initial assessment; gather and collect informatioon on the basic and necessary legal formalities; inputting basic legal information in standard contracts; and drafts correspondence and other simple legal documentation of corporate and government transactions.
- Assist in the conduct of administrative investigations and in meetings with suppliers, regulators, and other relevant parties. Schedules meetings, prepares necessary records, and liaise with other departments.
- Assist in the research and updates on laws and regulations and in the preparation of applications and replies on regulatory matters. Conducts research on relevant laws and regulations and legal articles and communicates to cncerned departments.
- Documents processes performed by the Legal Department.
- Performs other administrative tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Bachelor of Laws or a Bachelor of Legal Management and at least completed second year in a recognized law school.
- At least 1 year work experience in a law firm as a legal assistant or paralegal or in a legal department of a corportaion handling general legal work.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
