Program Design – able to determine the components of designing employee relations programs
General Knowledge on Employee Services – able to demonstrate understanding on the following Employee Services:
- Internal Communications
- General Employee Concerns
- Employee Welfare and Services
- Employee Communications
- Data Analytics
Four Pillars of ER Programs (“Total Wellness” approach) - able to understand and execute the Four Pillars (i.e. medical and health, fitness and sports, lifestyle, and worklife balance)
Influencing/ Negotiating Skills able to direct or have impact on the behavior and direction of a person or group of people, to persuade others and build consensus, gaining cooperation to achieve organizational goals
Relationship Building – able to build and maintain positive and constructive relationships through all levels of the organization
Project Management – able to plan, organize, motivate people, and control resources, procedures and protocols to achieve specific goals of a project.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably, Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
