Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The HR Intern will be responsible for providing assistance to Group Talent Attraction Team through candidate management (recruitment) and employer branding.
Candidate Management (Recruitment)
- Manage active and passive candidates by using Aboitiz Talent Community
- Maintain candidates tracker
- Assist in processing leads from Employee Referral Program
- Coordinate internal job postings with Talent Attraction Partners from different business units
Employer Branding
- Assist on the execution during recruitment marketing events
- Coordinate events logistics with Talent Attraction Partners from different business units, academe partners, and third party vendors / agencies
- Manage Aboitiz Scholarship-related documents
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Psychology, Marketing, Communications
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Experience in leading a student organization (campus leadership) is an advantage
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig
- Allowance will be provided
