Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Minimum of 3 years Training Manager experience
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to implement end to end training needs analysis (TNA)
- Ability to analyze performance trends and implement intervention programs to address performance gaps.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
- Experienced in talent management and succession planning
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
