Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for HR Service Delivery New Associates who will be responsible in performing the following day-to-day tasks:
- You will be understanding recruiting demands and specific skill profiles.
- You will be screening applications and candidates' selection.
- You will be conducting interviews, sharing feedbacks about candidates, and tracking their profiles in recruitment system, preparing, and conducting job offers.
- You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting the pre and post (day 1 and 2) hiring requirements of new hires.
Kualifikasi Minimum
What are we looking?
- Bachelor’s degree holder (preferably graduates of Psychology, HRDM or related)
- Must have at least 6 months of work experience in end-to-end recruitment preferably in volume hiring, candidate screening & assessment, and candidate relationship management
- Amenable to work in Boni, Mandaluyong
Good to have skills:
- Knowledge in recruitment and human resources roles
- Familiarity with Excel functions in the purpose of reports and analytics
